I love to write. I guess I always have. I have a creative side that rarely gets out and starting a blog was my way of expressing it. Writing clears my head and gives me an outlet to give my opinion on topics that interest me. As a web entrepreneur with several niche sites, I am a blogger with long term goals.

I started seriously writing when I was in the Army and stationed in places like the Balkans and Iraq. I got the nickname “koka sexton dot com” and that just stuck. Writing about my experiences was a great source of therapy to get the stories and events of my time out of me and share with my family and friends. But with the internet these things are available to the world and I was eventually noticed by news agencies that were looking for information from troops on the ground.

In my blog you will find things I have written or have been written about me as well as links to stuff that interests me. I focus on social media and new web trends. Social Marketing news and blogging tips. This is done in a web magazine style that directs you to the most recent news.
